Primary Position Responsibilities:

Medical Records:

Chart Completing: op-reports, pathology, data entry, chart audit and other

Billing Documentation: gathering, uploading and sending billing documentation

Medical Records Request: subpoena and patient request

Front Desk:

Assist as needed with phones and customer service
